Shipping FAQ

It shouldn’t be difficult to ship. That’s why, when you log in or create a free Butler & Land account, you won’t be charged for standard ground shipping on most Butlerandland.com orders over $100. Please keep in mind that a small number of products may require an additional surcharge due to unique delivery requirements caused by factors like product weight and size. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier service website.
