Bierer’s Hi-Pot meter is designed to perform a preliminary milliamp leakage test on URD cable.

Features:

The meter operates on two distribution voltage ranges: 7.6kV or 2.7kV. The selector switch located on the side allows the user to test the meter before and after operation and also turn on an LED back light for low light work conditions.?
