Returns & Exchanges FAQ
If you need to return an item, contact us directly at Customer Care at 1-800-527-6870, email us at email@example.com or drop off or ship the product to the nearest Butler & Land branch location. When returning a product, please do the following:
- Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on the packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
- Item(s) must come in their original packaging and be undamaged for full credit.
- Please prepay shipping – Butler & Land does not accept Cash on Delivery.
We make every effort to ensure that all items arrive in good condition, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-527-6870, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop off or ship the product to the nearest Butler & Land branch location. We’ll do everything we can to make things right, whether that means sending a replacement item or refunding your order, and we’ll even pay for the shipping of the damaged item back to us.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (if the product is undamaged). When you make your return, you’ll need to note credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging.
